When I’m not eating waffles and baked goodies I do try and stay healthy I promise. 

Turkey breast, spinach, cucumber with balsamic and mint green beans
Chicken breast, half an avocado with iceberg lettuce, spinach, mango and lime salad
Spring onion one-egg omelette with garlic, chilli & tomato squid, brown pasta and spinach 
Homegrown cucumber, watermelon, blueberries, pear, lime and coconut water nutriblast.
