I was lucky enough to get my hands on tickets to the Radical Luxury exhibition currently occupying The Old Selfridges Hotel, London. I booked the tickets for a guided tour hosted by Google Pixel, one of the exhibition facilitators.
Upon arrival, we spent about 10 minutes waiting to take a luxury portrait on the new Google Pixel 2 XL phone. A very luxurious photo booth!
The Google tour is great! We checked in some ID to get our hands on a Google Pixel 2 phone each and were shown how best to use it at each installation of the exhibition in the various light environments. We got to snapping and at the end all the pictures were emailed straight to us – so slick, so Google.
The exhibition is still open for a few more days (until 20th May) and free walk-in access is available. A word of warning that the old building and exhibition itself is not accessible so unfortunately visiting with wheelchairs or small children requiring buggies is not recommended.
