NYC: The Doughnut Plant, Chelsea

In the city that never sleeps, knowing you can grab at doughnut at 10pm in the middle of New York is great. You can just about find a block in New York without a Dunkin’ Donuts, but for something really special, The Doughnut Plant is your spot. We popped along to the branch in Chelsea, West 23rd Street.

The Doughnut Plant was a recommendation by one of Mother’s friends. There are (as usual in NYC) a number of Doughnut Plant branches across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and a range of other vendors of their doughnut-y goodness.

Obviously, depending on the time of your visit, the range of availability varies but there are so many to choose from I’m sure there will be something that takes your fancy regardless.

Seriously thought out decor too. Anything that could possibly resemble a doughnut was made a doughnut. The cushions of the wall are definitely going on my Pinterest board of home inspiration. Imagine how cool that could be!?

Of all the amazing doughnut filling choices, I stuck to my favourite! You can not go wrong with a giant glazed jam doughnut. Krispy Kreme, you are nothing in comparison.

Feel the love.

This is one spot in New York you dough-nut want to miss!
