38. Double Pistachio Macarons

Pistachio macaron shells filled with pistachio mascarpone cream.

So so so good but still not perfect. I’ve learnt so much about the art of macaron making from Secrets of Macarons and would recommend it to anyone looking for a detailed macaron recipe book.
